Appointments can be made by calling between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Should you have a problem and cannot wait for your scheduled appointment, you may call us at 563-332-3400 and your call will be answered by a qualified medical professional who will assess the problem and talk to the physician. If our staff is unable to give you an answer immediately, they will call you back within 24 hours.

Immunizations

Our office is a vaccine friendly environment. Patients need to be compliant with the state of IOWA immunization heath guidelines.

Prescription Refills

Requests for prescription refills can be made during regular office hours, or you may call our office for refills. Please allow 24-48 hours for refills to be processed.

Emergencies

Our physicians are available for emergencies before or after office hours. All calls are forwarded to the doctor on call. 

Pre-certification

Our staff will assist you in precertifying insurance companies who require precertification for hospital admissions, outpatient surgery or inpatient surgery. However, it is the patient's responsibility to know your insurance regulations. Should you fail to comply with these insurance regulations, it could result in a reduction or denial of benefits.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we file ALL insurance claims for primary and secondary carriers. However, if we do not have a contract with your particular insurance company, we do ask for payment at the time of service. We participate with the following insurance companies:

Insurance carrier contracts change frequently. If your insurance carrier is not listed, please feel free to call and check to see if we do participate with your carrier.
